Course description

There are two main segments of real estate marketing for agents: marketing to build the agent’s business, and marketing each of the agent’s individual listings. This course covers an assistant’s role in marketing a real estate agent’s marketing and lead generation activities.

In this two-part course, you’ll learn:

  • How to help your agent create, build and maintain their brand  
  • The role of a customer relationship management system, or CRM
  • How to use email newsletters to keep your agent connected to their contacts 
  • How to use an open house as a lead generation tactic
  • How traditional advertising can benefit an agent
  • Marketing your agent and their listings through social media
  • How to gain recognition with surveys, testimonials and reviews
  • Ways to be active in the community to enhance an agent’s business
