What is an AgentEDU® group subscription?

An AgentEDU® group subscription is a way for a brokerage or team to enroll multiple users in our video-based learning platform under one umbrella account. One person pays for the subscription and other individuals have access without having to pay. For one low monthly rate, an entire group of people can use the subscription all month long.

How long is the commitment?

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription would end after your last 30-day period.

How does signing up for a group subscription work?

Signing up for a group subscription is easy. All you need to do is go to our pricing page and choose the payment and usage tier that works best for you. Our plans range from small group subscriptions (2-10) to large groups (up to 500 agents). The larger the team, the less expensive the subscription is per individual.

Do I have to enroll all my agents?

No, you can select how many agents to enroll and choose the plan that best suits your needs. Your needs may change over time and your plan can adjust at the end of any 30-day session.

How do I get my group enrolled?

Once you find the subscription level that works for you, simply click on the red “GET STARTED NOW” button and create an account for yourself and enter your payment information. The first payment will be charged on your credit card, and then again each month following.

Once your payment goes through, you will be assigned a dedicated account representative on our team. Within 24 business hours, your account executive will reach out to you by email to introduce themselves and initiate the enrollment process.

All you need to do is send us each enrollee’s first and last name with their email address. The account representative will enroll them all into your account. You can send a .csv file, an Excel document or any other method that is convenient for you.

Once enrolled, each student will receive an email inviting them into AgentEDU.com and prompts them to immediately reset their password. After that, they can click and start watching courses!

What else does AgentEDU.com provide?

We will occasionally send encouragements to watch popular courses, receive fresh downloads, articles and other learning benefits.

Additionally, if you are purchasing AgentEDU for your group or team, we will create a personalized landing page upon your request so your agents will be able to navigate to AgentEDU directly through your site. If you intend on using AgentEDU as a value-add to entice potential members, this a great way to promote this offering.

Can I switch out the members of my team that are enrolled? If so, how?

You can remove or change members of your team at any time. Simply email us at [email protected] with the change information and we would be happy to adjust your group members in the system. You can accomplish name changes and email changes this way as well. Another option to consider is to send us an updated .csv file at any time and we will upload the entire new group at once.

Can I upgrade or downgrade or cancel my subscription?

You are free to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. As the account owner, you can do this from within the Account Settings section of our platform once you have logged in. Please be aware that whatever changes you make to your account will be reflected exactly the same way for each member of your group. In other words, by cancelling your subscription within the platform, all of your group members will lose access to their subscriptions as well, regardless of whether you have told them or not.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply follow the instructions from the Account Settings page once you are logged in. Once you cancel your subscription no further automatic payments will go through unless you reinstate your account. You can always contact your account representative and they can complete your cancellation.
